Not exactly what you wanted?

While we take pride in every Cannonball product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we’ll assist you with a prompt return. Ground shipping on your replacement order will be free of charge. TheCannonball.com gladly accepts unopened, unused or defective full-priced merchandise for up to thirty days after purchase date. Original receipt, and packaging must be attached. Sale merchandise may only be returned to a store for an exchange.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The only exception to this are returns made to a store that were purchased online through PayPal or Bill Me LaterĀ®. These returns must be refunded via a gift card or store credit. If the item was a gift purchased online, send it back to TheCannonball.com along with your online gift receipt. Refunds will be in the form of a merchandise credit redeemable with your next purchase online. Click here for our return address.

Cannonball merchandise purchased from other retailers, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. Orders placed through Amazon.com can only be returned to the distribution center by following the mailing instructions on the back of your invoice.

How can I return or exchange merchandise ordered from TheCannonball.com?

Simply choose one of the following convenient options to make a return or exchange:

Return By Mail

Complete the Return Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). Affix the enclosed shipping label to ensure correct delivery. Packages must be returned pre-paid; we are unable to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from TheCannonball.com. If your item came from a retail store, it must be returned to a store.

Refunds are processed 72 hours after item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

At TheCannonball.com, we like to keep it simple; simply mail your items back to us as if you were returning them. Then give us a call this way we make sure you get your replacement merchandise as fast as possible. When you call us and place a new order, we will expedite your replacement order at no additional shipping charge. All sale and clearance items are final sales.

RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT

What if I need to make a return, but I’ve lost my original receipt?

If you wish to return your item to TheCannonball.com, simply include a note along with your order that includes your order number and your full name (you can find the order number on the order confirmation email you originally received or if you were a registered TheCannonball.com shopper at the time by logging in to your TheCannonball.com account and viewing your order history). GIFT RETURNS

How do I return an item I received as a gift?

To return an item you received as a gift, you must first reference where the item was purchased:

1. If the gift was purchased online: Send it back to TheCannonball.com, along with your online gift receipt, within 30 days of the original purchase to receive a gift card/voucher redeemable online at TheCannonball.com store. IMPORTANT: If you wish to receive a gift card/vouncher in the mail upon return, please note your request on the back of the online gift receipt, otherwise, a refund will be issued back to the original credit card used for the purchase.

2. If the gift was purchased at a retailer other than TheCannonball.com: The merchandise must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
